We are!

This really was fun and I must now watch the movie 😄 Doomed to forever keep a closer eye on tea as storytelling in future films!

Bravo Max. You continue to amaze the leaf loving - and peace hoping - faithful with curve balls like this. Just when we think we’ve got you pinned, you hit us with an elusive maneuver of your own.

Highlight for me this go-round was imagining the ornate tea pot Red October flying through the air - “Imagine getting beaned with that thing during evasive maneuvers.” - is a poetic and comedic masterpiece of a image that I’m not sure I’ll ever forget. An all time great. Put it with a shot of the pot on a t-shirt and we’ve got our first leaf hopper merch.

Bless you good sir.

Many thanks as always! Another reader pointed out that at least silver is less likely to shatter than ceramic on a sub. Food for thought.

Ps that was not the American president but his national security advisor. Also British warships in the age of sail had plenty of decanters and glassware and such (not for tea of course) and i’m sure were much bumpier rides. And as to being a “Dad movie”? Stereotype thinking. One of my favorite movies.
